DEN Membership is generally non-refundable. We do however make some exceptions as described below.
Refunds for Membership Fees require the approval of the DEN General Manager. Documentation that provides evidence of the hardship will be required before a refund can be made.
The following are viable reasons for permitting Membership Fee refunds:
Proof of termination of employment
Medical request: unable to use service, may include family medical leave
Hardship and other special circumstances require the prior approval of the DEN General Manager
Credit card refunds must be processed via credit card transaction credit. All other refunds must be made by check. Refunds will include that portion (prorated) of the State Retail Sales Tax based upon the tax rate charged at the time of purchase for those transactions where the tax was applied.
