We've worked hard to make it as painless as possible. Just follow the instructions shown below. Once you've physically toured the space (we kinda require that you do that, so you know what you're signing up for), almost everything is done online, from your rental agreement to your payments.

Book Your Event Space, in 11 simple steps:
STEP 1: Read this page, which it looks like you've just done! STEP 2: Complete the REQUIREMENTS FORM. Tell us what you're looking for and decide whether we're a good fit. STEP 3: Review our TERMS & CONDITIONS of booking. Just to make sure there are no surprises. STEP 4: Email us (although we should email you within 48 hours of receiving the REQUIREMENTS FORM), but if we don't email you, then just email us. We are here to help you through this and make things easier, and simpler. STEP 5: Take a tour of the space, or tour all the spaces. We want you to be sure you know what you'll be booking. STEP 6:Discuss everything with us by email and agree on all the following items:

GAMES USAGE (YES/NO; only if you are booking The DEN)
TOTAL AGREED 'SPECIAL OFFER' PRICE
FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AMOUNT ($2,000)
STEP 7:BOOK IT. STEP 8: Coordinate your own vendors with us, so they can get access and do what they need to do for the date(s) in question. Such vendors may include:

PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRIVATE PARTY BOOKINGS IN WHATEVER ROOM/SPACE YOU CHOOSE MUST FIRST BE DISCUSSED BY EMAIL AND PREFERABLY ALSO IN PERSON, SO THAT WE CAN ALL BE ON THE SAME PAGE, LITERALLY, METAPHORICALLY AND LEGALLY. ONCE ALL HAS BEEN AGREED, ONLY THEN SHOULD YOU COMMIT TO BOOKING THE SPACE.
If you book the space without electing to email us first to discuss your needs, then we cannot be held responsible for any assumptions made about any detail.

The DEN is a themed event space. We offer you the best venues in Downtown Saint Louis. Events such as Weddings, Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Fundraisers, Special Events, Bar Mitzvahs, Company annual general meetings, Bat Mitzvahs, Birthdays, Proms, Corporate and Private Parties are made memorable and reviewed highly when held at The DEN.
Just email us at email@example.com and/or complete the online 'requirements form'. We do highly recommend that you first complete this 'requirements form' as it'll give you a better idea of whether The DEN is a good fit or not for your planned event. Once we've received the requirements form, we will set up a time for you to come and view The DEN and ask us any questions you like, typically on a Friday afternoon. If you don't need to view the space, say because you already know it, then upon email approval you can proceed with purchasing your hours as shown above.
